The Opticline CA is a high-precision shaft measuring device designed for advanced dimensional measurement processes in both SPC workstations and industrial automation environments. Based on vision measurement technology using the shadow imaging principle, the system enables fast and accurate verification of dimensions, shape, and position directly on the production line. The Opticline WMS series optical measuring systems are designed for particularly large and heavy parts. Depending on the version, they support weights of up to 250 kg and measure diameters of up to 480 mm. Maximum lengths are up to 2,500 mm. This is unique on the market and allows especially large or heavy parts, such as crankshafts and gear shafts, to be analyzed.

You can use the shaft measuring systems as an SPC measuring station or, if desired, integrate them into the automatic production process using intelligent hardware and software interfaces. The systems are available in different versions, which can be loaded horizontally or vertically. They are extremely robust and ideal for continuous precision measurements in harsh production environments.
